Kristina Bell
Founder / Principal
Kristina is a Certified AI Strategist and management professional who transforms operational complexity into measurable impact. With nearly 15 years of experience across government, nonprofit, and private sectors, she brings a rare combination of strategic vision and execution expertise to organizations navigating change.
With an MPA from American University and an Executive Certificate in AI and Business Strategy from UC Berkeley, Kristina is equipped to translate emerging technologies and data intelligence into human-centered solutions that work in the real world. Her approach integrates design thinking with evidence-based practices, creating strategies that don't just solve today's challenges, but build capacity for tomorrow's opportunities.
